We are the well-recognized Manufacturer and Supplier of durable Air Vessels. The impact of the surge depends on the pipes size, material, static head & the effective velocity change. In order to provide protection from surge, anti surge tanks, the air vessels, air compressors, the air piping, & lot of instrumentation were used. Our vessels are available along with suitable coatings as per requirement of buyers. We can design these vessels up to a pressure rating of 60 Kg/ Sq Cm & volume of 60 CuMtr. Our vessels can be provided in different shapes and sizes. These can be vertical mounting or horizontal mounting. Our vessels can be fabricated with the type of NDT specified by the consultant. Moreover, we do radiography of the critical joints along with DP & UT for the complete tank welds.

Design involves parameters such as maximum safe operating pressure and temperature, safety factor, corrosion allowance and minimum design temperature, Etc. Construction is tested usingnondestructive testing, such asultrasonic testing, radiography, and pressure tests. upto 60 CuM size of vessels are constructed with 100% Radiography and as per IS / ASME / BS Norms.
Our Bladder Vessel is a modified version of Surge Tank protection system. The company is the noted Manufacturer and Supplier of Bladder Vessel based. We are the first ones to offer Bladder Vessel for sewage pumping application as surge protection device. It is an effective method widely followed for surge protection. The major advantage of this vessel is its non dependability on the external instrumentation or compressors in anti surge applications. It is effective in both positive & negative surge. The design of the vessel is based on the pumping parameters & the surge analysis. The size of this vessel is much smaller than the conventional anti surge tanks. It reduces cost as well as save space. Moreover, it has a coating of polymer based anti-corrosive.
