Sticker Labeling Machine

It is suitable to Install inline with filling & capping / sealing line. The Label is placed on the container as soon as it comes below the sensor, thus ensuring instant adhesion of the labels edges. After the adhesion of label it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise and creasefree labeling.

Conveyor and pressing belt are driven by a different motor and is controlled by a single ACVF Device for Single point speed variation control system. Labeling device is driven by a Separate stepper motor with its controller.

Label and Container size can be changed easily, with in a few minutes, by a simple hand wheel adjuster. Front Side Guide Rail can be adjusted according to the container diameter by simply pushing or pulling. Height of the label placement can be set by hand wheel given below the label Device and Label Length According to the length of label can be set by using a machine controller.

operation:
fluid bed dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulance in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

Sticker Labeling Machine

"fluid bed dryer" is providing compactness and conceptional principle of air fluidization for drying granules, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food & allied industries.the basic concept of the fluid bed system begins with a simple drying unit to which several different optional packages may be added for conversion to a granulation or coater.the fluid bed dryer is not suitable for drying liquids or pasty materials.



operation:
fluid bed dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulance in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

Finally height can be adjust as per requirement to transfer the material which are in the IPC. Discharge the material in other container or any other hopper, with help of butterfly valve which is provided at discharge of IPC.
