This machine is designed with the concept of ease and simplicity of operation with flexibility.

  • Simple design & easy accessibility of all machine components for servicing and maintenance. Easy and quick change over within 15 minutes.
  • The operating cycle of this machine is automatic and the use of continuous motion principle permits high speed and efficient packaging production.
  • Low noise and Low energy consumption.
  • Batch code Printing unit provided as standard accessories.
  • Conveyor belt 5 feet provided, as standard accessories, to move blister strips up to packing machine.
  • Combo Packs are possible for better utilization of capacity and packaging materials. It is dependant on tablet, strip and pack size
  • EDGE TO EDGE CUTTING to eliminate trim waste between packs in single & individual pack. Only 2 mm trim waste in combo pack.
  • The speed of the machine & vibrator is variable. Superior blister quality at all speeds.
  • Uniform heating and uniform forming by contact heating system by Aluminium Teflon coated heater roll.
  • Compact design requires less floor space.
  • Standard model does not require compressed air.
