Bajra (Pearl millet), one of the most widely grown type of millet in India, is a healthy substitute for rice and wheat in most recipes. It can be grown easily due to its high resistance against harsh climate. Bajra is grayish in color and has a nutty flavor.
Like most millets, Bajra is a nutrient-dense source of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant chemicals. Bajra is gluten free and hence does not stick together well.

Sharbati wheat is a special variety of wheat grown in the Sehore and Vidisha regions of MP. It is gaining world-wide recognition today because of its unique origins and high nutritional value. Sharbati wheat flour is smoother in texture which makes soft chapatis.
Being rain water irrigated, the soil for Sharbati wheat is high in potash content and low in humidity. This amazingly increases the protein content of the wheat by almost 2% more as compared to the other varieties of wheat.
We use premium 306 variety of Sharbati for all our flour compared to other inferior varieties generally available in the market.
