    Gear Oil Extra EP 80W-90 and 85W-140Gear Oil extra ep 80W-90 AND 85W-140 are high performance, multipurpose, thermally stable and heavy duty automotive gear lubricants. Gear Oil are blended from highly refined base stocks with high performance EP additive system for providing excellent load carrying capacity to protect gear equipment against surface distress (i.e. spalling, pitting, scoring and wear) under heavily loaded conditions. Special inhibitor system has also been incorporated to provide excellent oxidation stability to resist gear oil degradation and thickening during long periods of severe high temperature operations. High viscosity index and low pour point assure good film strength for gear oil protection at both high and low temperatures.

      Introduction of Hydraulic Oil (Antiwear):Hydraulic Oil Antiwear are blended from highly refined base stocks with high viscosity index and specially selected anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additives. Hydraulic Oil Antiwear can sustain very high pressure of the system and high speed of the pumps, and compatible with the seals normally used in the hydraulic system.
      Application of Hydraulic Oil (Antiwear):Hydraulic Oil Antiwear are recommended where long service life and a wide variety of industrial hydraulic and circulation systems are required.

                                          EDM Oil

                                          Description of EDM Oil :Electric Discharge Machining Oil is a metal removal process involving the removal of material from the work piece by a series of controlled electric discharges or sparks. The tool and the work piece are insulated by a special dielectric fluid. These fluid are formulated with a highly refined, narrow cut paraffinic base stock with excellent oxidation stability which helps reduce the formation of oxidation products that will alter the dielectric strength of the fluid. The product is colourless and virtually odourless. The product exhibits a relatively high flash point that helps to reduce the possibility of fire. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal fines.
                                          Application of EDM Oil :Recommended for use in: Dielectric fluid in finish-cut electrical discharge (spark erosion) machining operations. Electrical discharge machining in tool and die shops, and in manufacture of electronics, extrusions, air-craft components, hardware, tools, fasteners, silver-ware, cutlery, jewellery, appliances, valves and regulators. Grinding fluid in glass grinding operations.

                                                                                              Introduction of Hydraulic Oil (HLP ZF):Hydraulic Oil HLP ZF comprise a range of high performance hydraulic oil blended from solvent refined high viscosity index paraffinic mineral oil and zinc free ashless additives. Good thermal and oxidative stability provide reliable and extended oil life in severe applications with minimal deposit formation that gives cleaner system and reduced frequency of filter changes. Also these oils also have excellent water separation characteristics, hydrolytic stability and compatibly to seals normally used in hydraulic systems.
                                                                                              Application of Hydraulic Oil (HLP ZF):Hydraulic Oil HLP ZF are recommended for hydraulic systems requiring excellent anti-wear and superior oxidation performance with ultra fine filtration and compatibly with elastomer materials.
