Automatic vertical pouch sealing machines (Band sealer) are suitable for sealing of laminated as well as virgin films preformed pouches and available in 5 models.
Technical Features
Any type of pouch (three sides, four sides, center seal, stand up, zipper etc) can be sealed.
Adjustable pouch supporter / conveyor for pouch length 5 to 12 (by different models).
Pouch moves in horizontal position.
Continuous type sealing process for more production.
Conveyor speed 5 to 12 meters per min.
Teflon belts are used for sealing.
Mounted on wheels, easy to move anywhere.
Any filling system can be attached with this machine.
Cooling fan for cooling of pouch / teflon belts.

One side sealer is operated by pneumatic cylinder.
