These packaging machines make use of Heat sealable, Pet Poly film types and can handle packaging of up to 10 Kgs (depending upon product density) in packaging speeds of up to 60 Pouches per minute, which actually depends upon factors like nature of the product, its packing weight and number of heads used in the process.

These are suitable for packing of products in powder or granule forms and offer vertical sealing through use of heated rollers of intermittent type. These machines deliver perfect horizontal sealing with the presence of two units of sealing in triangle shape (Pneumatic). Further, the paper pulling process is handled using superior sealing rollers which are controlled by clutch-brake unit, thus ensuring optimum functionality standards in the machines. With packaging material being heat sealable laminates, here we can deliver packing size in up to 200 mm of roll widths as well as in speeds of up to 80 pouches/minute. Automatic Form Fill Seal machine is suitable for packing of Powder / Granules. |
