If the place of work is at our place, client shall allow and provide to carry all Books of Accounts to our place, once the work is over all Books of Accounts shall be return back to client. Accounting Work is done on computer (e-system) on an accounting software known as “Tally 5.4” or “Tally 9”. Or if client is not in position to afford cost for it than Accounting is done manually in the books and in MS Excel. After the Work is done for that frequent / period a MIS Report is presented to Client giving details of work done till date. Billing shall be at same time. If client is liable to pay Income Tax, TDS, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other levy we shall make our client available with figure of such taxes payable by preparing a Computation, so our client business will be at ease.
