Our main service is Accounting Services. We provide Accounting Services Mumbai, Thane & Pune. Accounting Services provided as per the GAAP- Generally Accepted Accounting Principle, Accounting Policies and the Accounting Standards as issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).  Accounting Services shall be the main service and the term “main service” shall also include Computation of Income Tax, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other levy as suitable.

Main Services are provided on frequent or period basis i.e. it can be Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Bi Monthly, Monthly or Weekly. The frequency of providing the main service shall depend on Volume of Transactions of the Entity. After deciding the frequency, we decide the place of Work. Place of Work can be either at Client’s Place or at our place as suitable. If the place of work is at our place, client shall allow and provide to carry all Books of Accounts to our place, once the work is over all Books of Accounts shall be return back to client. Accounting Work is done on computer (e-system) on an accounting software known as “Tally 5.4” or “Tally 9”. Or if client is not in position to afford cost for it than Accounting is done manually in the books and in MS Excel. After the Work is done for that frequent / period a MIS Report is presented to Client giving details of work done till date. Billing shall be at same time. If client is liable to pay Income Tax, TDS, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other levy we shall make our client available with figure of such taxes payable by preparing a Computation, so our client business will be at ease.

• Accounting Ledgers i.e. Complete Books of Accounts.
• Cash and Bank Books.
• Maintaining Payrolls, Salary Register, Muster etc.
• Maintaining Employees / Workers payment register under Provident Funds (PF) Laws.
• Maintaining Employees / Workers payment register under Employees State Insurance (ESI) Laws.
• Maintaining Employees / Workers payment register under Shop & Establishment Laws.
• Maintaining books & records under various other laws.

We also provide Business Support Services Mumbai, Thane & Pune like :

• Complying with the provisions of Provident Fund Laws.
• Complying with the provisions of Employees State insurance Laws.
• Complying with the provisions of Gratuity, Bonus, Pension etc. Laws.

The above Business Support Services shall be provided by linking or appointing a qualified person like CA etc. for providing best services for our Clients. Such qualified Person shall bill separately for his services.

We help & Assist qualified Chartered Accountants in their Auditing Works. We carry Auditing Services for CA under Statutory Laws, Income Tax Laws and VAT Laws. We help CAs in Audit Planning, Audit Procedures, Verifications, Vouching, Review procedures etc. We provide Auditing services in Mumbai, Thane and Pune.

On the base of Accounting & Bookkeeping Services we can help our Client by providing MIS Reports. Like making final presentations to provide before authorities. Showing their Sales, Sales Growth, Profitability, Cost Efficiency of Business by preparing various periodic reports for them. By this service our client can keep track on their business & transactions therein.
