The Roller Mixers mix samples through the simultaneously rolling action of the tubes and the carried vessels (bottles, test tubes etc.). As the tubes rolling, the vessels are rolling too, causing continuous mixing of the liquid inside the vessels. The most advanced features are the convenient sample handling and the accommodation of various types of vessels in the mixer without adding any adapters or accessories compared to other types of mixers.

There are two types of sub-models for the above models based on the control modes: An analog and a digital control. Both of the sub-models have the speed and timer controls with maximum speed of 33rpm. All units can be used in incubators up to 60°C and humidity up to 80%, or in cold rooms down to 4°C. Most sizes of tubes, Bijoux, Universals and bottles can be accommodated.
The LTR series are having nine rollers which suitable for large vessels and tubes. And the MTR series are smaller version with four rollers. The loading capacity is 5 KG for the above mixers.

It uses the latest microcontroller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. The system has user friendly prompts which guide you throughout the titration process. This titrator eliminates the use of conventional delicate and fragile glass burettes and plunger systems. It uses a highly sensitive motorized dispensing system for precise control of titrant volumes. This titrator analyses the moisture concentration of liquid samples, powder, fine particles and fiber samples that are soluble in alcohol or solvents. The system has 20 soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. Complete alphanumeric keypad is provided so as to feed the values of sample, density, titer factor, date, time etc. The End Point indication is given by both visual LED and audible alarm. The titrator has the facility for automatically calculating the titer factor of the Karl Fischer reagent. It uses the repeated averaging method so as to give the most accurate titer value. It can store 90 user defined setup files for ease of operation and final results of 300 titration . The internal battery backup provision has been made to store the results and the other titration parameters even if the instrument is switched OFF. Provision for external printer/PC attachment is available so that any of the stored results or the calibration and validation reports as per pharma compliance can be printed even at a later stage.

Bulk Density Apparatus – 951 is a specially designed to study the packing down of powder beds of different pharmaceutical and chemical powders, flakes, pellets, granules and other bulk substances. Bulk Density is an essential test required in the process of tablet, capsule filling and cosmetic manufacturing.
The system is equipped with microcontroller based digital display for displaying accurate and exact stroke count and soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. The system has ‘SET’, ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ keys, for setting the total number of required strokes (Set Count) for the current measurement session. User can set to any number of required strokes within the range from 1 to 9999 counts. The system automatically stores the last ‘Set Count’ value which is retained in the memory even when the instrument is switched off. Each stroke count is displayed on the 4 digit seven segment bright red LED display on the front panel. A common lock cushioned holder for both the cylinders drops down smoothly from the height and holds the cylinders. The Up/Down (i.e. Tapping) movement of the cylinders stop automatically at the ‘Set Count’ value. An audible alarm sound indicates that the current measurement session is over.

Auto Karl Fischer Titrimeter – 761 is an automatic apparatus designed to carry out Karl Fischer Titrations for accurate determination of moisture content in various samples. On pressing the START button, the titration starts and the KF reagent is added automatically from the burette, through a solenoid valve into the titration vessel. As soon as the end point is reached, the titration is stopped automatically by the Control Unit. It has fully solid state circuitry incorporating advanced IC technology.

Microprocessor Friability Apparatus, Model 1902 measures the tendency of a tablet to chip or breakdown to pieces when held under mechanical stresses. Instrument uses the latest microcontroller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility.
System is equipped with 4 line alphanumeric LCD display with backlit and 16 number of soft touch membrane type keys.
The friability tester can be operated using only one or two drums. The rotational speed of drums can be set at different speeds (20-60 RPM). The samples can be loaded conveniently without removing the drums and after the test completion the samples are automatically unloaded to the collection tray.
To eliminate the manual input of weight of samples the facility of connecting a weighing scale is also available. When weighing scale is connected the weight of samples is automatically recorded to the instrument from the weighing balance.
The test can be performed in two different modes Time or Count mode. The instrument stores the test parameters, readings and results simultaneously in the memory which are retained even after the power is switched OFF. Provision has also been made for attachment of a printer so as to provide hard-copy printouts of test data, including the time, date and calculated results.

FLOCCULATION/JAR TEST APPARATUS, MODEL 1922, 1924, 1926 is a flocculation (jar) tests on water and effluent samples. A digital display clearly indicates the speed of the rotational stainless steel paddles, which can be varied from 10 to 300 RPM. The digital timer can be set to count down from 1 to 99 minutes. After count down, the paddles stop and an alert sounds. The timer then counts up in minutes in order to measure settling time.
Two pre-set programs allow routine speed and time parameters to be input and then selected by simply pressing one button. Parameters are stored in the memory and can be recalled or altered at any time. The intuitive touch sensitive keypad is totally flat for easy cleaning.
