Disintegration Tester is a solid state instrument designed for the accurate estimation of disintegration time of tablets as per IP/USP standards. The instrument is designed to test two batches of six tablets, simultaneously. The unit is extremely useful for pharmaceutical industries. It is used in quality control and R & D to determine compliance with the disintegration requirement of the tablet and capsule as per USP/BP/IP standards.
Instrument uses the latest microprocessor technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. The system has user friendly prompts, which guide you throughout the measurement process.
The instrument has two basket assemblies with independent timers and motors. The timers and temperature are displayed on 5 digit and 3 digit seven segment red LED displays respectively. Each timer can be set and used individually. The baskets are automatically positioned at the top when the test is over.
The unit is provided with two glass beakers having capacity of 1000 ml with arrangement to hold temperature sensor placed in the sturdy, acrylic water bath. The large spread out stainless steel heater ensures perfectly uniform heating. The instrument has a dual channel temperature system with sensors to monitor the test temperature of disintegration beaker as well as water bath. The temperature of the water bath and vessels are accurately maintained using highly accurate sensors and microcontroller technology. The basket speed is accurately controlled and maintained as per IP, USP specifications.

Microprocessor Disintegration Test Apparatus Model – 1901 is a solid state instrument designed for the accurate estimation of disintegration time of tablets as per IP/USP standards. It is used in quality control labs and R & D to determine compliance with the disintegration requirement of the tablet and capsule as per USP/IP standards.

Microprocessor Disintegration Test Apparatus is equipped with 4 line alphanumeric LCD display with backlit for displaying various test parameters and 15 soft touch membrane type keys with full numeric keypad that provides a convenient interface for entering numeric values. The samples being analyzed are automatically stored in the memory in different batch and sample numbers.
The instrument has the storage facility for 200 samples. It also has the facility for 20 different test setups which are retained in the memory even when the system is switched OFF. Provision has also been made for attachment of any dot matrix printer with centronics interface so that any of the stored setups/result can be printed.

Digital Tablet Disintegration Apparatus is designed for accurate estimation of disintegration time of tablets as per IP/USP standards. The instrument 901 is designed to test two batches of 6 tablets, simultaneously & Model 904 tests single batch of 6 tablets. The unit consists of beakers having capacity of 1000 ml each. In these beakers, suitable disintegration media can be taken . These are temperature controlled using an in-built heater and a highly sensitive thermostat fitted inside the instrument. Microprocessor based time totalizer is provided for accurate time read out.

Digital Friability Test Apparatus is a precision instrument suitable for measuring obression strength of tablets. The unit is equipped with two transparent acrylic drums which rotate at a speed of 25 ± 1 RPM. Each of the two acrylic drums are provided with an arm which carries the tablets along with it up to a predetermined height and allows them to fall from that specified height, while the drums are rotating, It is fitted with a digital revolution counter showing the current number of revolutions for the test. A thumb wheel switch is used to set the desired number of rotations. Provision is made to remove the lid of the acrylic drum by unscrewing just one knob. This is available in 1 drum and 2 drum assemblies.
