More about EXCEL Nano Z+ Antibacterial Textile Additive :  EXCEL AntiBact Z+ is a highly effective nano based antimicrobial, disinfecting and color retention agent developed for fabric hygiene and textile care from nanotechnology. It plays an important role in the suppression and killing of dozens of pathogenic micro-organisms such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The product also offers excellent protection from UV radiation, which helps color retention of the fabric.

Technical Details

• Appearance - White powder / dispersion
• Available in 20-30nm and 120nm particle sizes in the form of dispersion and powder
• Storage - Under ambient conditions

Recommended Dosage : 0.2-2%. The optimum additive levels and ratios should be determined based on extent of dispersion in the resin matrix and required performance. Compatible with water and several acrylic, alkyd and urethane emulsions, dispersions and solutions.
