Bag Filters MediaHigh quality filter bags to fit standard size filter vessels and also specially designed ones to suit customer's need. Filter bags are available in conventional stitched and snap ring types giving more positive sealing, needle hole elimination. Fully welded bags are also available totally eliminating needle holes. These filter bags are manufactured under iso 9002 quality standard and under silicone free conditions to minimize any possible contamination.

Mesh Filter BagsFilter bags are available in nylon-a precision woven structure thermo fixed to give an absolute micron rating with no fiber migration. micron ratings range from 1 to 1000.

Needle Felt Filter BagsGives depth filtration range 1 to 200 microns, with a 60 % - 70% efficiency. All felts used are scrim supported for added strength and polypropylene and polyester felts are calendared of singed to eliminate fiber migration.

Fully Welded Filter BagFully welded filter bags, which eliminate leakage from needle holes and any chance of contamination from threads. Combined with the welded polypropylene ring the product gives higher efficiency, superior sealing into equipment and ease of use whilst remaining cost effective. Material, which can be welded, include polyester, nylon and polypropylene felts as well as some nylon mono filament meshes.
