Description:

The SS slat chain conveyor consist of stainless steel fabricated channel with endless SS slat chain belt in the center. Height adjustment bolt are provided to align it with other machine.

Operation / Working:

The conveyor belt bring the container / bottle/Jar from one particular machine to another or from one area to other.

Technical Details:

• Available with various length & also with officious belt size depending upon the size of the bottle & function to be performed on the conveyor.

Inspection Table is a table / equipment consisting of three track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement. For visual inspection, alternate black & white background are provided. The table is designed for visual inspection of filled & sealed bottles before the same are passed on for labeling operation.

Uses:

To detect particulate matter or contaminant matter in liquid

To inspect filled & sealed bottles

Operation / Working:

Capped bottles enter on the SSSlat central conveyor belt from the capping machine. This bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on the either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After the inspection, the OK bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling or for further packaging. A platform shall be provided in front of the slat conveyor to collect the rejected bottles.

Turn Table is a motorized machine with platform on it. It is provided with guard & guide rail to direct & divert the bottles/ containers/ jar. The table is completely covered with SS Sheet as per GMP requirement. Turn Table is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of container and to take at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in automatic liquid filling line.

Operation / Working:

Container / Bottle / Jar are kept on the Turn Table manually, which will rotate on the platform / disk of turntable and exit through outlet. SS strip are provided to guide the rotating movement of bottle toward exit or outlet.
