Automatic Single Head Capping Machine is fully automatic and is robust in construction, complete with filltech packging machines makes vibrator for cap feeding and slat conveyor. A Star Plate of suitable size transfers the incoming bottle with cap and feed it under the Sealing Head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism provides perfect sealing. The SS Slat conveyor shall be provided with guide rail, which can be adjusted for different size of bottles. A Star wheel with bottle guide is needed for different diameter bottles.
The Automatic Single Head Capping or Sealing Machine is suitable for sealing cap of various type & shape of bottles. Machines is suitable to seal cap of various type namely ROPP, PP Aluminium or Screw Cap. Seals various type of cap on various type of bottle like pet bottle, HDPE, Glass, etc.
Operation / Working:Bottle moves along the conveyor and are feed into an in-feed star wheel, which bring the bottle / container / jar below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the rotating bottles in the star wheel pickup a cap from chute which is reviving from delivery chute of cap filling vibrator bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of sealing, rotating head is design to seal container according to pre-set torque, using die.

The Machine is fabricated from Mild Steel & Stainless Steel of 304 Quality of Material.
It is pneumatically operated and consists of Two Knurling Jaws, one for Sealing & other for Coding.
Operation / Working:The filled Tube is placed in one jaw, the jaw comes closer as per pre set operation time cycle & the tube is sealed. Simultaneously, in the other jaw the same tube will be placed for coding operation.
Sealing temperature can be controlled by Potentiometer which is provided on Control Panel. The Jaws are embedded with Heater. Temperature of the jaws is displayed on digital indicator & is controlled by controller.
The time cycle for proper sealing is controlled by timer. The output of machine depends upon quality of tube and time cycle. The unit is suitable for various sizes of TUBES.
nduction Sealing Machine consist of SS or MS powder coated fabricated Body and Sealing Head part. Provision are provided for lower & raising the height of the upper sealing head, which unable us to adjust the sealing head nearer to bottle cap for proper sealing of the aluminum foil on the neck of the bottle. The machine is mounted on wheel based unit, which provides added mobility. To radiate out the excess heat from the machine, water cooling system is used.
Operation / Working:For 1KW or 2KW Online Fully Automatic Induction Sealing or Sealer Machine.
Successful screw cap sealed container or bottle pass along the conveyor and enter below the sealing head or induction coil of the induction sealing machine which emits an oscillating electromagnetic field. As the container passes under the induction coil (sealing head) the conductive aluminum foil liner begins to heat. The heat melts the wax, which is absorbed into the pulp backing and releases the foil from the cap. The polymer film also heats and flows onto the lip of the container. When cooled, the polymer creates a bond with the container resulting in a hermetically sealed product. Neither the container nor its contents are affected, and this all happens in a matter of seconds.
