Automatic Single Head Capping Machine is fully automatic and is robust in construction, complete with filltech packging machines makes vibrator for cap feeding and slat conveyor. A Star Plate of suitable size transfers the incoming bottle with cap and feed it under the Sealing Head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism provides perfect sealing. The SS Slat conveyor shall be provided with guide rail, which can be adjusted for different size of bottles. A Star wheel with bottle guide is needed for different diameter bottles.

The Automatic Single Head Capping or Sealing Machine is suitable for sealing cap of various type & shape of bottles. Machines is suitable to seal cap of various type namely ROPP, PP Aluminium or Screw Cap. Seals various type of cap on various type of bottle like pet bottle, HDPE, Glass, etc.

Bottle moves along the conveyor and are feed into an in-feed star wheel, which bring the bottle / container / jar below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the rotating bottles in the star wheel pickup a cap from chute which is reviving from delivery chute of cap filling vibrator bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of sealing, rotating head is design to seal container according to pre-set torque, using die.

• Based on type of Cap to Seal, the Automatic Sealing / Capping Machine are classified into 3 Types namely:
  • Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of the ROPP Cap takes place with the help of Sealing & Threading Roller.
  • Automatic PP Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of PP Cap takes place with the help of Sealing Roller.
  • Automatic Screw Cap Sealing Machine: Sealing of Screw Cap takes place with the help of Screw Cap Die.
