The Machine is fabricated from Mild Steel & Stainless Steel of 304 Quality of Material.

It is pneumatically operated and consists of Two Knurling Jaws, one for Sealing & other for Coding.

Operation / Working:

The filled Tube is placed in one jaw, the jaw comes closer as per pre set operation time cycle & the tube is sealed. Simultaneously, in the other jaw the same tube will be placed for coding operation.

Sealing temperature can be controlled by Potentiometer which is provided on Control Panel. The Jaws are embedded with Heater. Temperature of the jaws is displayed on digital indicator & is controlled by controller.

The time cycle for proper sealing is controlled by timer. The output of machine depends upon quality of tube and time cycle. The unit is suitable for various sizes of TUBES.
