Gyro Vibratory Sieve separators are self-contained, compact, production machines which make precise mechanical separations according to particle size through efficient use of multiplane inertial vibrations techniques. These sieve separator are designed and built to solve the most difficult classifying, separating and dewatering problems.

Material to be screened is fed to the top screen. Oversize particles are moved by the multiplane motion to the screen periphery where it gets discharged. Undersize particle or liquid passes rapidly through the screen. Gyro Vibratory Sieve Separators are equipped to handle up to five screens.

The 3 dimensional inertial vibration of Gyro Vibratory Sieve Separator is based on a principle in which motor rotation imparts vibration to an entire screen assembly in both vertical and horizontal planes.

The top eccentric weight of the double extension shaft motor operates in a plane which is close to the center of the mass of the assembly. This generates a horizontal throw to the screen assembly. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of mass, which creates a high frequency tilt on the screen.

The third dimension is a tangentile component produced by the combination of the horizontal and vertical movements. The tangential components moves oversize material laterally across the screen while encouraging undersize particles to flow through the screen.

Both top and bottom eccentric weights are independently variable of mass and angular relationship, giving a great degree of control over all vibration components. This results in the ability to obtain optimum conditions for screening nearly any material.

This pulverizer machine is used for very soft materials like sugar, salts chemicals, dyestuff etc for medium fine to fine grinding. The material is centrally fed into the machine chamber. The grinding takes place between a high-speed rotor consisting of a large number of pins and a stationary stator. The discharge takes place through the perforated screen at the bottom. The chamber is kept cool by circulating cool water through the built-in water jacket.

These micro pulverizers utilized for soft materials like chemicals, dyestuff, foodstuff, pharma bulk drugs etc. for fine grinding. Since the pulverizer is used vastly for chemicals & bulk drugs, and other heat sensitive materials, it has a built-in water jacket to control the temperature in the grinding chamber.

The grinding takes place through attrition between the high speed swinging hammers and serrated liners. Due to very high speed and a smaller chamber size, a higher fineness is achieved as compared to hammer mill.

Fine spice grinding mill is specially designed for fine grinding of various spices. A perfect design of pneumatic conveying system ensures a dust free and cool operation which is very important for spice, thereby retaining vital properties like color, taste, aroma, flavour, oil content etc. 

This spice grinding machine can handle various spices like chillies, turmeric, coriander, mixed spices (for curry powder), dehydrated onions, garlic, ginger, black pepper etc. It also grinds foodstuff & various ayurvedic herbs & roots. To maintain the spice properties to its optimum level, a two stage-grinding operation is recommended. First stage coarse grinding with a 3 to 5mm screen followed by second stage line grinding through a 0.5/0.8 mm screen. Either the operations can be done in the same machine by changing the screen or two separate machines can be used for coarse and fine grinding simultaneously. 

Working Principle 

The machine chamber consists of swinging hammers side liners & top liners. As the material is fed into the machine through the feeding hopper, it gets pulverized between the swinging hammers revolving at a very high speed and the liners. The perforated screen fitted in the lower part of the chamber regulates the fineness of the pulverized material depending upon its hole diameter. Once the material passes through the screen, it is sucked by a blower unit mounted by the side of grinding mill, which passes through the pipe, cyclone collector and finally discharged through the two-way discharge valve. The air along with the very fine powder will go into the dust collector, where the material will be trapped into the filter bags and the air will be let out. The attachment of the dust collector ensures dust free operation. The free circulation of air into the grinding mill keeps the chamber cool, thus retaining important properties of spices like taste, flavour and colour.

This is a screenless pulveriser used for grinding soft to medium hard materials into super-fine powder. The industrial grinding machine has a built-in water jacket to keep down the temperature in the machine chamber.

This grinding machine is generally used for super fine grinding of food dyes, industrial dyes, vat dyes, dye intermediates, pharma drugs, chemicals etc. The feed is through a feeder screw that feeds material centrally into the machine chamber. The grinding takes place due to attrition between a high speed rotating rotor having six arms with wear resistant tips and side liners on both side of the tip and also a turbo effect. Hence this ultra fine grinding mill is sometimes referred to Turbo Mill. The annular gap plate controls the flow of materials through the mill. In other words it regulates the fineness of the materials. The powder is discharged through the bottom hopper.

In hammer crusher grinding takes place between the high speed swinging hammers and top/side liners. Once the particle size reduces to that of the perforated / bar type screen at the bottom, it will be discharged through the hopper.

The fineness of the material can be controlled by changing the speed of rotor (hammer), content of serration on liners, numbers of hammers and diameter of perforations on the screen.
