During every cyclic rotation of the specimen through motor, reversed stress is produced. A counter balancing lever system is provided to balance the dead weight of the loading assembly. The bending moment is applied within the lever system and can be easily changed by moving a weight over the lever.
the cut-off switch ensures to stop the machine operation if any failure persists. A counter is attached to the extension of the motor shaft through reduction gear, records the total counts of cycles to failure.
