PTFE Bellows are used as compensating elements between engineered machined components. It is compensating or protecting elements in chemical , food and medical appliances. They are also used to compensate for thermal expansion especially in pipelines. Depending on different designs and different wall thickness of the convolution elements, bellows can offer either high flexibility or high compressive strength.
