Our Products
Flexocon Grid Spring Resilient Coupling comprises mainly two hubs, Grid Spring and Cover to protect the spring to fly off to centrifugal force and to prevent Grease to come out. Grid Spring element is so designed that it provides resiliency for variable flexibility of a Coupling and damping properties making the Coupling very for drives involving high shock loads to the extent of 80%.
Misalignment - Angular, Parallel or Axial, that inevitably occurs between rotating shafts, which are independently supported, is also taken care of by the Spring element within allowable limits.

Range of Resilient Couplings
Flexocon Geared Couplings is used to join two rotating shafts for efficient transmission of Mechanical Power. Flexocon full gear Flexible Gear Coupling consists of two identical toothed hubs, two identical flanged sleeves with internal teeth, a gasket, a set of bolts, nuts and spring washers, lube plugs and two oil/grease retaining O-ring over the hubs. Flexocon Geared Couplings are manufactured employing tested raw materials through precision manufacturing processes using special purpose machines, jigs, fixtures, tooling and gauges and are subject to continuous inspection.
Flexocon Geared Couplings are designed and manufactured to accommodate Angular, Parallel and Axial Misalignments. Upto Plus/Minus 1.5 Degree angular misalignment capacity is provided in standard Couplings.

Range of Resilient Couplings
Flexocon Pin bush type flexible Couplings are of the cushioned drive type, transmitting the torque, through high Tensile bolts to the machine input shafts. Special Rubber Compounds are used in bushes so that it can absorb slight misalignments, tensional vibration and shock loads. The flanges are made of high grade cast iron. For special applications cast steel flanges are also manufactured.
Flexocon offer 20 standard models of Pin bush coupling with rating range from 0.81 KW to 249 KW at 100 rpm.
Flexocon also manufacture Pin bush type Brake Dum cum flexible couplings of different diameter to suit standard as well as non standard brakes.
Features
The Flexocon Tyre coupling is primarily designed to allow for misalignment both angular and parallel and compensates for end float. Torsional vibration is reduced and shock loads minimized by the flexing body. The Flexocon Tyre coupling has been successfully subjected, under normal circumstances, to angular misalignment up to 4, parallel misalignment up to 3mm and end float up to 8mm.
The design of the Flexocon Tyre coupling having a flexing member with remarkable durability suppresses the Initial shock load and eliminates to a marked degree the stresses common to power driven machinery.
