Our offered Product range includes Carbon Fiber Fabric, PTFE Coated Glass Fabric and Silicon Coated Glass Fabric.
PTFE coated glass cloth combines the properties of PTFE / Teflon with the mechanical strength of Glass Cloth. It has a good heat and chemical resistance along with excellent non stick properties. It is available in plain or self adhesive backed and as anti static if required. We can convert PTFE Coated Glass Cloth into gaskets and strips cut to any width to suit your requirement.
Key Features:
Temperature:-190C to +260C.
Applications:
Release tape for protection of heat sealing bars and wires, heat platens, heat curtains, release fabric for hot plate welding, shrink wrap machines, blister and vacuum packs, release agent in moulds, chute and hopper linings, baking tray lining, sewn sleeves, flexible connections.

Thickness (mm):0.076 (3thou), 0.127 (5thou), 0.15 (6thou) and 0.25 (10thou).

Zone Tape
Flips can also supply PTFE Coated Glass Cloth with a self adhesive backing along the edges only. This is often referred to as zone tape.
Silicone coated glass cloth is a flexible high temperature cloth available with either a single or double coating.

Temperature:-50C to +240C.
Applications:
Gaskets, safety & heat curtains, conveyor belts, flexible connectors, sewn sleeves, electrical insulation tapes.
