Wet end casing is designed to balance all opposing hydraulic forces which will act upon the impeller during pump operation, and hence double volute design is implemented.
Advantages:
The impellers are produced with high quality casting to give dimensional and hydraulic repeatability to ensure performance parameters. Each impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure that the complete rotating element is correctly balanced in replacement of OEM spare parts.

Advantages:
The Inlet is fitted to the wet end casing and to receive wear on its body instead of impeller. Chambers are made of material compatible with the impellers. There are close running clearance between these components and can be easily replaced to maintain efficiency. The clearances between impeller and inlet have been maintained at 0.75mm. In case of wear, this clearance increases the same can be maintained by adding spacer. And suction inlet can also be reused after re-machining its inner surface.

Working Principle
The air is uniformly distributed avoid channeling Initially a coat of material forms on the bags Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium. The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes thorough the filter bags from outside to inside. the accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulse-jet air intermittently. The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves. The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.
