Continuous Stack SPM Monitoring System

Continuous Stack SPM accurately measures the concentration of Suspended Particulate matter (SPM) in mg/Nm3.

This system is used for contininuous monitoring for stack/ESP/Bag house emission monitoring. This system uses Triboflow principle based sensing device.

Other Item includes:

1. Controller/Monitor
2. 1000 mm Sensor Probe, SS316 (desired Length)
3. Flange to be welded on stack. (without welding job)

Sensor to Controller maximum 100 meters cable, (without laying)

 Optional Supply:

Data Acquisition & Management System (DAMS) with required Hardware & Licensed Software as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines for Real Date & Time recording of data ( 2 channel)

Data can be retrieved to your computer and can be online uploaded to State Pollution Control Board web server

Buyer Scope:

Dedicated Computer, Continuous Internet Connection, Company User ID and Station Code with procedure from SPCB / CPCB, Data Communication cable (CAT5) as required
