The P130 are manual food mincers for medium volume productions. They are suitable for mincing any type of fresh or semi-frozen (up to -10C) products.
Push button operation makes them simple and easy to use. Their design with smooh surface and removable worms guarantee complete and easy cleaning.

Safely:Motor thermical protections, low voltage control, emergency stop and silent work.
They use the Unger cutting system, which consists of between three or five pieces.

Standard accessories:1 single knife, 3 plates, 2 separating rings, 1 extracor, 1 feeder.

Optional accessories:Hard par separator. High legs for unloading over 200 lire trucks.
