Meat Mixer

Extremely versatile mixing machines that can be used for all kinds of food (vegetables, meat, fish etc.). They operate with two Z-Shaped arms and rotation in both directions. The two Z-shaped arms give the productan excellent appearance thanks to optimum missing and kneading in a short space of time.

Machines designed and manufactured in accordance with the health and safety standards laod down by the EC.

The cover on model AZ300 is manually operated, whereas the cover on models AZ600 and AZ900 is hydraulically operated.

The hydraulic loader is a standard feature on models AZ300, AZ600 and AZ900.

The bowl-tipping mechanism on all models is hydraulic. It operates on standard 200-litre trolleys.

Models AZ300, AZ600 and AZ900 are equipped, as standard, with a timer enabling the operator to select the total operating time and the part times of each direction of rotation.

The variable arm speed option allows perfect adaptation to any type of product.

Other Options:

Controlled water dispenser.

CO2 cooling system.

Operating cycle programmer (up to 90 programmes) in which it is possible to control the time, direction and speed of rotation of the arms, vacuum level, operating pauses. Temperature, CO2 injection and amount of water.

The standard power of the motor driving the arms cans optionally be varied for especially tough work and frozen products.

Smoking chambers

General-purpose professional. The chamber is designed for industrial and craft production of smoked meat products. It enables to carry out automatic thermal processing of smoked meat products, i.e. reddening, warming-through, drying, smoking, cooking, baking and showering without any additional handling operation.

  • Thanks to the wide range of options they enable to carry out the automatic thermal processing of smoked meat products and smoking of all types of products. This way they are profitable in such operations where a wide range of products are processed.
  • The Classic smoking chambers are intended for the industrial and craft production of smoked meat products.
  • Thanks to the sophisticated control of a technological process the minimal losses and weight loss occur. The Classic smoking chamber has the individual circulating air ventilator for each trolley. The optimized circulating air flow provides the uniform distribution of temperature, humidity and smoke. By request the air flow circulation can be controlled by means of the frequency converter which enables the infinitely variable change of air flow. Also the control air flap valves which continuously wary the air flow proportion from the left and right side may be added.
  • They enable the thermal processing according to the Delta-T method.
  • The Classic smoking chamber uses the control system which enables the selection of its own program and the full control over the technological process and this way provides the automatic process run.
  • The humidity is recorded by the psychrometric sensor.
  • The piercing sensor serves for recording the temperature in a product core.
  • The smoking chamber is provided with the wood chips smoke generator as a standard and the automatic cleaning system.
  • The smoking chamber has been made of the stainless nickel chrome steel.
