India is the largest producer of mango varieties in the world. We have around 1000 varieties of edible mangos spread across the country.
It is high in beta-carotene, a prototype of vitamin A, and is a rich source of vitamin B complex.
The main processing varieties of mangos are Alphonso, Totapuri and Kesar. There are two main clusters of processing facilities, one in south India (Krishnagiri & Chittor) and other in western India (Ratnagiri & Valsad). The southern region is known for its Totapuri variety and the western region
Two main clusters of Mango Pulp are there in the country, which has around 65 processing units with a good backward linkage of Alphonso and Totapuri variety of mangoes. These clusters are Chittoor in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Krishnagiri in the state of Tamil Nadu . Some of the Processing units are in the state of Maharashtra and Gujrat. India is also a major exporter of Mango Pulp in the world. The country has exported 1, 74, 860.34 MT of Mango Pulp to the world for the worth of Rs. 772.97 crores during the year 2013-14.

The Guava is a round or pear shaped tropical fruit with a white, yellow or pink interior, which is fleshy and interspersed with many hard seeds. It has the highest Vitamin C contents among fruits and its delicious juice is widely appreciated for this vitamin. It also contains a considerable amount of pectin.
In India, White Guava is primarily produced in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Allahabad Variety, produced in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, Is generally considered the best.
The fruit is included amongst super-fruits for health given rich base of health properties. A single guava contains four times the amount of Vitamin C as that in an orange. These are made from selected varieties of Guava. Fully matured and ripened Guava are harvested, quickly transported to our fruit processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the processing section; The selected Guava fruits are then washed again, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility. The process ensures that natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is maintained in the final product.
It would be difficult to find any place in India where the Guava tree does not flourish naturally. The fruit grows on relatively small, narrow trunked trees which are characterized by an almost total absence of bark.
