Formetron manufactures Looping machines from 600 to 4000mm variation in Loop length (required for making diamond coils of MV & HV Motors). The machine has end to end adjustable Pin arrangement. The machine is equipped with bobbin stand and Caliper Brake arrangement. Braking force and operation of Brake for each bobbin can be independently controlled from the Control Panel. The Control Panel has necessary controls including PLC and control gears for the Drive units. The Machine has Digital counter for easy readability. The basic system consists of.
