Core Stacking Table

Core Stacking Table
The Core BuildingStacking Table is installed to Stack Laminations, assemble the Core and to lift the Core vertically. Required numbers of manual jacks are provided on the limbs for adjusting the level of the Core. Formertron manufactures 3 limbs and 5 limbs Core Stacking Table from 5 Ton to 250 Ton Capacity suitable for 10MVA TO 500MVA Transformer. The stacking table is equipped with mechanized adjustments of the limbs to reduce setting time of adjusting limb center to center distance and window space of the Core to meet the design specifications. Adequate number of manual jacks are provided on the limbs for adjusting the level of the core. Appropriately designed supports are provided to support the droopingoverhanging laminations on sides. The Core tilting from horizontal to vertical position is done through lifting mechanism with the help of EOT Crane.

Coil Preparation Table

Coil Preparation Table
The vertical travel is accomplished through motor, gearbox, lead screw and nut arrangements.Vertical travel is synchronized to get smooth vertical movement of the entire platform and avoid tilting on any side.The drive arrangement such as geared motor and the Connecting Rods connect the 4 nuts and are mounted below the platform.The radial adjustment of the platform, (opening closing) is accomplished through a wire rope drum pulley mechanism and linear motion Guide rails.The platform is in a four segment construction to maintain the circularity of the aperture.
