We are offering multi blade granite block cutter.The multi blade granite block cutter is a completely automatic machine, designed to provide maximum stability and performance in cutting granite blocks while being cost effective with low maintenance cost and manpower. Cast iron construction of the entire structure, being corrosion resistant, ensures vibration free performance with negligible deflection. The main shaft housing, which is connected to the top trolley with the help of vertical slides, moves laterally through rack and pinion mechanism while vertical movement is facilitated through screws. The bridge moves longitudinally with two screws on either side ensuring accurate movement of the blades, facilitated by a linear magnetic encoder. All the sliding movement of the parts is performed on oil immersed guides for long life and smooth functioning. The machine is equipped with variable speed drives that are controlled by plc programming while user friendly interface on the touchscreen display makes machine operation simply effortless.
