The design of this particular machine is a result of years of enterprise and research, to find a solution for higher production, cutting and sawing at reduced cost. The Machine is capable of sawing marble and granite blocks of sizes up to 3.2m x 2.1m x 2.1m
The main technical design, behind its high performance is the Four Articulated Rectilinear Arms, which support the Blade Rack Frame. These Arms are friction free during operation, unlike traditional slideways. Thus, resulting in a considerable reduction of maintenance cost and elimination of recurring lubricant cost. The enclosed cover, not only provides protection from dirt, dust, water and rust but also facilitates the operator to have a look on moving parts for any preventive maintenance, as well as greasing, while the machine is running.
The power and source of movement to the Blade Rack Frame is provided by the Battery Unit, which consists of heavy duty ultra-sonic tested shaft. This shaft is mounted with a flywheel in the centre and two roller bearings on either sides. The Eccentrics are mounted on either ends of the main shaft, which in turn is connected to the Connecting Rods.
This Robot has been developed in collaboration with Intermek, Greece. The rotating arm type ROBOT can be used for handling slabs in resin line and line polisher with Open Book-Match.
The Robot enables for continuous, uninterrupted loading/unloading of the slabs to the line and can lift marble slabs of dimensions 3.2m x 2.1m x 30mm. The high number of vacuum cups with a high capacity vacuum pump gives robot the ability to handle any type of material. An auxiliary slab platform is provided to perform open book type loading/unloading.
The slab is picked up by the robot with the help of suction pads mounted on a tilting arm and the whole structure moves on rails. The robot grabs the slab from the slab stand/trolley and unloads it to the tray directly or turns its upside down by placing it on the auxiliary slab support and picking it up from the bottom side to perform open-book loading. All the axes of the loader are controlled by inverter. The suction cups are separated in groups and they are automatically cut off when the slab is small to keep the suction force high.
Waste Water or Slurry from the Gang Saw is coming to slurry Tank, where a submerged Motor Driven Pump controlled by a limit level guard, automatically, conveys the Slurry through feed pipe to Conical Tank On its way to the conical tank (Decanter), the slurry is treated with flocculent, which is dissolved in the tank of flocculent system by means of electric mixing device and drained into a lower tank where a dozing pump injects the flocculents into the feed pipe of conical tank.
The Flocculent acts on the solid particles contained in the slurry causing them to stick together. The Solid particles settle down at the bottom of the conical tank, and fresh water from the top of the tank overflows to fresh water tank. The fresh water is recycled to the Gang Saw through pump unit
The Settled particles from the bottom of the tank are fed to Slurry pump mixer tank. From mixer tank slurry is feeded through pump to filter press. During filter process the cake is formed which is disposed at prescribed site to maintain pollution free environment. The water recovered so, is fed to slurry tank.
We offer Single Blade Block Dressing Machine. Single Blade Block Dressing Machine, facilitates sawing of marble agglomerate block in slabs of varying thickness. The structure of machine is made up of two high quality steel columns and a cross beam, to ensure maximum stability during sawing. Sawing is done by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block. The hydraulic tensioning of blade is continuously maintained by electronic instruments fitted in control panel. The machine is supplied with fixed table trolley rotating table trolley. The trolley runs on two flat and two prismatic wheels to ensure their precise displacement. The movement of trolley is governed by control panel. The machine is fully automatic and all safety factors are incorporated in the control panel. Once in operation, the machine does not require continuous presence of operator.
The tower oven is heated using high capacity blowers and is concealed from all sides minimizing heat loss resulting in low running and electricity costs. The elevator moves on four pillars ensuring superior rigidity, minimum vibrations and high-speed movement.
The conveyor system uses chains on both sides to ensure smooth movement of the trays. The vacuum chamber has a robust construction equipped with two vacuum pumps capable of maintaining absolute vacuum inside the chamber, which helps in treating physical effects like cracks, holes, surface effects or even joining of two broken pieces effectively.
