Fried Small prawns : After defrosting, apply marination or masala properly. Shallow fry in 7-8 teaspoon of oil for 5-8 minutes.
Seer Fish Curry or Masala: After defrosting, add the pieces to your regular masala or curry.
Storage Instruction:Always Store in the freezer compartment at minus 18C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume within 2 hrs after defrosting.
Defrosting Instruction:For best results thaw in refrigerator until soft.
Non glazing factor:We vacuum pack our flash frozen fish, theres just no need for glazing,
