Jumbo Prawns : After defrosting, apply marination or masala properly. Shallow fry in 7-8 teaspoon of oil for 5-8 minutes.
Seer Fish Curry or Masala: After defrosting, add the pieces to your regular masala or curry.

Storage Instruction:Â Always Store in the freezer compartment at minus 18ËšC or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume within 2 hrs after defrosting.
Defrosting Instruction:Â For best results thaw in refrigerator until soft.
