Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Crankshafts, Camshafts, Cylinder Liners, Rocker Arms and Cylinder Heads
We manufacture high quality Crankshafts that are forged in Alloy Steel to provide appropriate strength. We use Spheroid Graphite Iron for manufacturing smaller cranks like for compressor applications. The Crankshafts are available in varied specifications that make them suitable to be used for various applications.
FinishingCamshaft is a crucial component in enhancing the performance of the engine. We make use of premium grade raw material for Camshafts, in order to ensure optimum performance. Varied specifications of Camshafts are made available by us to meet specific requirements of the client. The Camshafts exported by us are competitively priced.
Product Range (Please contact us for complete range)The main function of acylinder lineris to serve as the inner wall of a cylinder, which then acts as a sliding surface for the piston ring while ensuring the retention of lubricant within it. A cylinder liner is also known as a cylinder sleeve which is a replaceable metal sleeve aligned within the cylinder to a form a surface which can withstand the wear and tear from the piston.
Cylinder Liners Sleeves, made of grey cast-iron, ought to have desired casting and machining qualities, viz. strength, toughness, hardness and wear resistance. These are mainly of two types Dry liner-sleeves and Wet liner-sleeves.
The liners-sleeves are cast-in fit, force (press) fit or slip fit. The interference between its outer diameter and bore-hole walls depends on fit-type from 0.050 to 0.075 mm. These are available in wide range suitable for light, medium and heavy duty application.
At Garima Global, Cylinder Linersare manufactured using the best method i.e. Centrifugal Cast Process. In this process, the molten metal is poured into a mould revolving at a very high speed, and because of the centrifugal force the impurities are separated easily. This centrifugal force also causes the molten metal to spread evenly across the mould, thus resulting in castings which are of finer grain and free from porosity.
