The worm gear manufactured and supplied by us is an inclined plane around central axle. This is wheel with one or more teeth in the form of screwed threads. This wheel is made of two parts: the pinion and worm gear. Pinion has small number of teeth and these wrap around the pitch cylinder. These wheels have concave faces to fit curvature of the worm gear in order to offer line of contact instead of point contact. Worm wheels offered by us provide high angular velocity between non-intersecting shafts at right angles and provide premium power ratio. The worm wheels manufactured and supplied by us are easily available in various sizes and models as per your requirement at price range.

Internal gears have cylindrical pith surface with teeth parallel to the axis and teeth cut from inside the rim rather than outside. These gears are used along with the pinion. Teeth of internal gears carry the load and are evenly distributed. The center distance of given velocity is short. One thing, which should be kept in mind, is that the difference between teeth of girth gear and pinion gear should not be less than 15. Internal gears are used to transmit rotary motion between parallel shafts that rotate in same direction. Internal gear’s non-binding tooth design ensures smooth and quiet operation. Brass, carbon steel, nylon are the metal used in manufacturing the internal gear. These gears provide low sliding and high stress loading. They are used in planetary gears to produce large reduction ratios.

We offer high performance sprockets. These are teeth like projections arranged on wheel rim to engage the links of chain. Sprockets are used in different power transmission and conveyor systems. cast iron and carbon steel is used in fabricating sprockets. These are reliable drive system for long running, continuous drive applications with maximum absorption of shock and minimum torque load. We make various sizes of sprockets, available up to 50.8 mm pitch and 3500 mm diameter, simplex, duplex and multiplex type for fulfilling our client’s need.
