The unit has a double walled type construction with the muffles body at centre of the furnace & the control box at top with 1"solid spacer in between. A coil type Heater of Kanthal/Nichrothal wire wound on the muffle with cerewool blanket serves as the heating element. A brick insulation+ ceramicwool +high density mineral wool insulation of 4" is also given to have skin temp.of furnace less than 50°C. The door is provided with heavy-duty hinges and latch-catch lock system to open/close the furnace.

Control panel: It is located at the top of furnace and includes a Auto tuned PID Microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator with Cr/Al Thermocouples controls heating process.Power:230V or 440V, 50 Hz as per requirements. Control will be SSR output type. Safety Fuse with MCB for power is also provided.

Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory, printer & PC interface controller with Cr-Al thermocouple sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost. Our technology is fully controlled, easy to handle, user friendly, intelligent and reliable.
