The RS-2 (Rising Stem 2) Portable Valve Operator for rising and non-rising stem valves delivers up to 800 lb-ft torque and a maximum of 55 rpm for fast, reliable opening and closing of water, wastewater, pipeline and petro-chemical valves.
We build the TM-7 with hardened components for brute strength, and then added smart technology with our patented Intelligent Automation.
Designed to provide additional safety to the tool operator while controlled bolting operations. The patent pending Hands Free Bolting Safety Valve, fits in-line between the hydraulic power pack and hydraulic torque tool. When the trigger is activated the tool remains in a live position, once the trigger is released hydraulic power is automatically cut and the tool operator is free to re-locate the tool without concern of accidental tool activation.
