The nasal cannula or nasal catheter is a device used to deliver supplemental oxygen or airflow to a patient or person in need of respiratory help.The nasal cannula carries 15 litres of oxygen per minute.Sizes availbe are - Adult / Pediatric / Neonata of respiratory equipment . There are also infant or neonatal nasal cannulas which carry less than one litre per minute;A nasal cannula is generally used wherever small amounts of supplemental oxygen are required, without rigid control of respiration, such as in oxygen therapy. George Philips manufactured nasal Cannulae and nasal catheters are widley known for their simplicity and patient convenience.
