These products are manufactured in various sizes and are tested for quality and duly heat treated. These tools are used for machining of deep slots, T slots, special profile, etc.

We offer HSS slitting saw cutter in M2 and M35 grade. Diameter range fro dia.40 mm up to dia. 600 mm. These products are manufactured in various thickness. As the name suggests, these tools are used for machining of thin slots from- 0.2mm up to 6 mm.

The different tooth profiles and number of teeth are made to suit different machining conditions. Tooth profile that can be generated are :

Roller Burnishing Tool is a non-cutting machining process to produce mirror-like surface finish with low surface roughness of Ra-0.05um to Ra-0.35um, consistently accurate size and increased hardness of the skin layer. It is a type of cold working process where it removes the surface undulations generated after machining on metal by compressing the peaks of a metal's surface into the valleys like "ironing".

It is used where a hole is required to be increased in size by few microns where it cannot be achieved by machining process like boring and also improve its surface finish, cylindricity and surface hardness.

We offer End mill cutter in HSS, Brazed carbide (TCT), Solid carbide and Indexable Insert type design. Our HSS cutter are made using M2, M35, M42 grade with systematic heat treatment process. We also provide thru coolant facility for hss, brazed carbide and tungsten carbide end mill.

Our range of size for end mill cutters are :

• Diameter 1 mm up to diameter 100 mm
• Flute length 20 mm up to 300 mm

We can design and generate an involute gear tooth profile with the given gear data and manufacture the cutter. This involute profile is for gear with diametral pitch 8.12 and pressure angle 14.5 degree. The cutter dia. 30 and width 4 mm.
