These products are designed & manufactured to suit standard ISO inserts of any reputed make from Sandvik, Iscar, Widia, Kennametal, Taegutec, etc. All these U drills are designed to sustain stability at high machining parameters. Accordingly, the steel used are of high grade alloy steel duly heat treated. All the cutting edges are maintained at optimum geometry on special machines to suit ISO inserts of every make. This helps to achieve uniform wear of carbide inserts, reduce vibration and load on the machine spindles, and easy cutting.
