Accordingly, the steel used are of high grade alloy steel duly heat treated. All the cutting edges are maintained at optimum geometry on special machines to suit ISO inserts of every make. This helps to achieve uniform wear of carbide inserts, reduce vibration and load on the machine spindles, and easy cutting.
