The GCC 201 SeriesSeals are designed to handle liquids of varying contaminations including sluries, sludges, sewage, viscous or abrasive etc. as these seals are self cleaning and non-clogging. These seals have a simple, compact design and are easy to install with practically no maintenance.
The GCC 201 Seriesare unbalanced type seals. The rotary unit utilises a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring. This single spring is stronger and sturdier then multi-spring construction.
Secondary Seal Rings are available in various forms such as 'O' Rings, 'V' Rings, Square Rings, Wedge and in various elastomers such as viton, neoprene, silicon, Bunna-N, EPT, Teflon, GFT, Grafoil, etc. The mating faces can be of high grade carbon, stellite, tungsten carbide, ceramic, etc. depending on the service conditions.
The mediums are water, waste-water, for subersible & chemical pumps & equipment. To suit mediums such as oil, water & weak corrosive liquid.
