Bypro-fat is a balanced combination of rumen-protected fat rumen-bypass protein, to improve milk yield, milk fat & milk protein (snf) content. This is not a blended product by simply blending bypass fat & deoiled cakes (doc) or maize gluten meal. This product is manufactured by cooking doc or any protein source at around 100 to 120 degree temperature which triggers maillard reaction and at the same time it is saponified with fatty acids and calcium. So, end product is a combination of rumen protected fat & rumen protected protein. Saponifying & cooking doc or any protein source (bypro-fat technology) converts natural rumen-degradable protein into high quality undegradable (80% bypass) protein. Besides cooking makes protein more digestible or bio available (95% digestibility) once it bypasses through rumen. Specification of rapeseed based bypro-fat: 1.
