Chocos snacks extruder uses extrusion cooking method to puff the snacks at high temperature and pressure through friction of twin screw and barrel cooking the grain to produce delicious chocos cereals.
Raw Material for Chocos extruder: Various combination of different grains can be used to produce chocos snacks Corn, Rice, Wheat, Oats, Millet (Barley, Jowar, Raggi etc), can be used as ingredients to make puff snacks. Cocoa powder, Vanilla and other flavorings can also be combined in either extrusion process or later in the flavoring section.

Main Components of NUTS ROASTING LINE
A. INFEED FEEDING HOPPER FOR NUTS ROASTER: The Infeed feeder of Nuts Roasting Line consists Of angular stainless steel tray and hopper, hence the nuts like cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc. moves forward in a constant and same manner , stationary Y shape hopper mounted on rigid MS frame. This bowl will have a capacity of 100 ltrs. The front manual shutter is provided.
B. BATCH TYPE SINGLE CHAMBER DOUBLE LOOP ELECTRIC HEATER RATED NUTS ROASTER: The NUTS ROASTER consists of TRIPLE JACKET, first jacket made up of SS 304, then 2nd jacket fitted with heating system and made up of 10 mm MS sheet and the 3rd jacket again made up of SS 304 filled with glass insulation to avoid the heat loos. The Nuts Roaster, freely expanding in its frame-work, the heaters of roaster are able to maintain the heat from electricity of 30 KW without any other media and hence give the chamber temperature easily at 160 degree Celsius. The tapered roaster transport the nuts by gravity to the output gate made out of stainless steel (SS 304) the support frame work in mild steel. In this way the roasted nuts taken out from the roaster and transport to by bucket elevator to coater.
Taralli is an Italian snack food, which is produced similar to other ring-shaped products such as pretzels, bread rings etc. It has specific teisted shape. The main differences of this product are not only shape and recipe but also using different additions ( such as spices and mixes ) in dough preparing. Savory taralli may be flavored with onion , garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, fennel, pepper, chilli or just salt. A perfect alternative to typical bread rings with poppy seeds.
Our company offers equipment for taralli production according to classic Italian recipes, using classic recipes of similar bread rings ia also possible.
Taralli production process is similar to other ring-shaped bakery products such as pretzels, bread rings etc. The only difference is a forming of the dough.
On the bread ring production lines it is a bread ring forming machine and on taralli production lines it is an extrusion and flagellar forming machine with twisting mechanism. On the basis of this often offer our customers to complete the bread ring production line with extrusion and flagellar forming machine with twisting mechanism. It allows increasing the range of output goods on the same line. That means, besides classic bread rings you can produce taralli.
Here we are offering the bar forming, with moulding technique. It can be used for producing all kinds of cereal bars.
This technique is used only if the product is less sticky otherwise it would stick to the mould. So in that case the rolling and cutting technique is used. In molding technique the shape of the product can be changed by changing the mould.
