Cereal Bars Processing Line Machine

Here we are offering the bar forming, with moulding technique. It can be used for producing all kinds of cereal bars.

This technique is used only if the product is less sticky otherwise it would stick to the mould. So in that case the rolling and cutting technique is used. In molding technique the shape of the product can be changed by changing the mould.

Mixer:

We provide high speed mixing system with twin mixing tools, designed for mixing different variety of mixes.

Moulding Machine :

This equipment gives the shape to the product. You can give the desire shape to product by using different shaped moulds.

Cooling Conveyor:

Cooling conveyor contains fans to cool down the product.

Cereal Bars (Rolling and Cutting)

Bar forming can also be performed with Rolling and cutting technique which is easily handled by the user.

Here we are offering the equipments:

Mixer:

We provide high speed mixing system with twin mixing tools, designed for mixing different variety of mixes.

Roller:

The roller is used to convert the mix in the form of a sheet of specific thickness.

Cooling Conveyor:

Cooling conveyor contains fans to cool down the product.

Cutter:

Two types of cutters are used here. At first multiple cutters cut the sheet vertically and then a cutter cut these bars into small bars of specific size.

1. Fully automatic control through the servo systems.

2. In-built special devices for inside mixing of the mass and unloaded of molded products.

3. Stainless- steel, aluminium and special plastic.
