Goods Lift

HARIKANT Make Goods Lift is having winch instead of balancing lifting machine or Hoist. Winch mounted on a top of supported structure. In the absence of a RCC well inside the building, a fabricated enclosure supporting structure can be erected on site.

The Cage is made of rolled Steel sections and sides are covered with bumped sheet or hollow pipes. (as required) Cage top is covered with M.S. Sheets and bottom is covered with chequered plate for antiskid property. Collapsible doors are provided on cage as per entry and exit position if required. The cage is being guided with Guide shoe on T Guide rail. Antifriction bearings are provided for smooth and efficient traveling with low friction and longer Life.

SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Limit Switches with one gravity switch will be provided to prevent over lifting & below lowering of cage.
  • Limit Switch at each landing level floors and cage door to avoid any accident causality.
  • Electromagnetic door looks at each landing level to ensure:
    (i)Lift does not work electrically if any door is open.
    (ii)The Collapsible gate does not open mechanically unless cage is reached corresponding level.
  • Spring buffer on the lift well to cushion the cage.
  • Floor Level:Ground Level + 10
    Pay Load Capacity:500 kgs. to 5, 000 kgs.
