HARIKANT Electric Wire Rope Hoists are manufactured in Wide Range like lifting capacities between 500 kgs. to 20, 000 kgs., Lifting Height up to Customers requirement with various types of Cross Travel Trolleys like Power Trolley, Flexible Trolley, Push Pull Trolley, Hand Geared Travel Trolley.

SALIENT FEATURES
  • Electric Wire Rope Hoist are designed which greatly simplifies repairs and Cut-down time.
  • The Special Features are low head room, spur and helical gears running on antifriction ball bearings with lubrication including oil and grease.
  • Squirrel Cage Motors confirming to IS 325.
  • Disc type / Shoe type Electromagnetic brakes for hoisting and cross travel motions fail to safe brakes which automatically operate in case of any power failure.
  • Rope drums made from seamless pipe.
  • Forged hooks confirming to IS 3815 with supporting on thrust bearings for 360 degree swivel and safety latch.
  • Tested wire rope confirming to IS 2266.
  • Limit switches for upper and lower limits for safe operation.
  • Micro speed for hoisting and cross travel motion shall be provided if required.
  • Push button stations operating from Ground Level.
  • Flame proof Hoist (FLP) also manufactured.
