In process heating application, the most common form of electric heater consists of tubular heating elements that welded to a flange or plug. Other common names of process heater includes flange immersion heater, circulation heater, inline heaters, outflow heaters and screw plug heater.
The immersionside of the Electrical Process Heaters or Inline Heaters or Outflow Heaters flange heater (the side with the elements) is then insertedin a vessel or tank. The otherside of the flange is where the electrical terminations are made. The electrical terminals are usually enclosed in a protective housing or enclosure. The electrical housing is also knownas heater housing.
In Heatco, we manufacture Electrical Process Heaters or Inline Heaters or Outflow Heaters. The diverse heating requires tailor made solutions which we can provide. All our heaters are designed according the various international codes upon customers demand. The heaters can be delivered as a flange mounting for tank heating or as an inline flow though heater for heating upHot waterThermal oilHeavy fuel oilMarine Diesel oilLubricating oilAir & Gas Heating
The Heating elements can be made of Tubular or Replaceable Refractory Charged Cartridge Heater type in the Electrical Process Heaters or Inline Heaters or Outflow Heaters.Explosion Proof Terminals Cover can be supplied on demand. A complete control system with sensors and Control Panels can be delivered with the heaters. In co-operation we design complete skids in which the heaters are integrated.
Range:3.0 KW to 212.5 KW.
HEATCOmake Air Duct Heaters are used for process gas heating, drying ovens, air pre-heating, paint drying and curing, heat treating and more. Various terminal housings and control options available. Air duct heaters are designed for heating low-pressure air or gases. HEATCO make series air duct heaters are constructed with stainless steel tubular elements mounted in a stainless/ MS flange with operating temperatures up to 700 C. These electric process heaters can be designed to fit rectangular ductwork and can be supplied with transition sections when used on circular or smaller ducts.
Air Heaters:Basically Air Heaters are designed to heat air. In Heatco we have a line of process air heaters that offer performance and versatility in medium to low temperature applications. This rugged and reliable line of industrial heaters efficiently conducts heat. We are in continuous R&D for developing this Air Heaters. This group of heating elements is designed to the highest standard by first understanding the air mixture to be heated. We design heating solutions by following strict guidelines to ensure the safest, most efficient heating solution possible. Air flow, specific gravity, volatility, corrosive nature, and watt density are just a few of the factors to be analyzed within the design process of an air heater.
Duct Air Heaters:Heatco's duct heaters come in various sizes and dimensions to fit any compartment. There are three types of duct heaters available: open coil, tubular element or finned tubular heating elements that are either flanged or inserted in the duct. Air duct heaters are primarily used in air flowing ventilation systems and comfort heating applications while process duct heaters are mainly used for industrial process heating applications (ovens that require re-circulated air or forced circulation). Heatco designs and configures your electric duct heaters according to your specifications. Our team is dedicated to research and development of the latest technologies, while striving to meet every customer's needs by manufacturing high quality duct heaters. Since 1976, Heatco has expertise in developing and manufacturing electric duct heaters that make Heatco duct heaters, the most easily adaptable solutions for most non-pressurized, air-heating systems. A broad range of custom built electric duct heaters with capacities up to 1000kW is available upon request.
FEATURES:Element can be individually replaceable on site without the need of any special tools. Termination Box if required can be made weatherproof to IP:66 & IP: 67. Various type of over temperature cut-outs available such as Thermostat, RTD or Thermocouples.
TYPICAL APPLICATION::Air Handling Units, Space Heating, HVAC Duct Heating, Drying Oven, Furnace Heating.
Global Heating Specialist- In any Thermal Power Plant Electrostatic Precipitation (ESP) forms an integral part of Fly Ash Collecting System which plays vital role in the control of TPM present in the flue gases. For the smooth functioning of ESP, the heating elements provided at hopper and support and shaft insulator play an important role. The heater in ESP hopper are provided to avoid clinker formation of the ash being collected at the bottom of ESP. Whereas the heaters provided at the shaft and support insulators are required to maintain the temperature above dew point which lies between 80-115 deg C. If temperature falls below the range as mentioned there will be a continuous tracking of electrical field over the surface of insulator which will result into damage of insulator and non availability of field for collecting the fly ash. We in Heatco after continuous R & D detected the importance of the Heating Elements for ESP and as per the requirement developed the Heaters for its smooth functioning. We are providing some of the types of heating elements provided at hopper and support and shaft insulator. There are others which can be made as per customers design to suit its application.

Tubular heaters are the most versatile of all electric heating elements, capable of being formed into virtually any configuration to heat liquids, air, gases and surfaces. Tubular heaters are mounted through tank walls using standard pipe couplings and are available in various sizes, heat capacities and sheath materials for heating oil, water and chemical solutions.
Plain tubular heaters are available in straight lengths or bent as per customer's requirement with threaded stud connection at both ends. Finned tubular heaters have enlarged surface area to help faster dissipation of heat.
