Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of High Density Cartridge Heaters, Bolt Heaters, Hopper Heaters, Industrial Heaters and Replaceable Cartridge Immersion Heaters
Bolt Heater is designed primarily to pre-heat large, drill holding bolts or studs. The Bolt Heater is used in the assembly or servicing of hydraulic presses, turbines or other equipment where a high concentration of heat is needed to expand, then wrench tighten tie rods. The parts cool and contract, resulting in the nut being drawn even tighter. A terminal box of octagon or circular shaped is fixed on the top where the terminals are provided and an insulated wooden handle is provided for shoving the heater inside/ outside the tunnel. We manufacture Bolt Heaters in the form of Split Sheathed Heater complete with Terminal Box & holding and an insulated wooden handle.
HEATCO Refractory Charged Replaceable Cartridge Immersion Heaters have been designed for horizontal operation. These are manufactured from chrome nickel steel tubes and fitted with terminal covers. The heating elements can be easily replaced.
Applications : heating of water, oils and paints.

Heatco make Low Density Cartridge Heaters design consists of helically wound resistance coil made from nickel-chrome wire, evenly stretched and strung through holes in a round ceramic insulator. The element assembly is inserted into a Chrome Nickel Steel sheath through round insulators. This alloy provides the best combination of physical strength and resistance to heat oxidation up to 3000c. Fused Magnesia is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and provide longer operating heater life.
Construction
A. Welded/ sealed.
B. Refractory Insulators.
C. Series 300 stainless steel sheath of precision dimensions and tolerances for intimate, stable, non-oxidizing contact
with cavities machined for them.
D. Element wire situated in close proximity to outside surface for maximum heat transfer and minimum internal
temperature while preserving good dielectric qualities. E. Magnesium oxide packing.
F. Ceramic element support.
G. Ceramic cap.
H. TerminalsHeatco make High Watt Density Split Sheathed Cartridge Heaters uses less power, runs more efficiently and survives more that that of cylindrical type conventional Cartridge Heaters. Due to its elongation capability it clutches the mould when energized leaving no air gap and contracts when it cools down parting the following advantage.
Maximizes Heat Transfer
Easy Maintenance
Reduces the Cost of operation.
The construction of Heatco make High Watt Density Split Sheathed Cartridge Heaters eliminates ceramic cores typically found in conventional cartridge heaters. Heatco with its continuous in house research and possessing highly-specialized manufacturing techniques compacts fused magnesia around the heater coil in such a way that increases dielectric strength and heat transfer away from the coil which results in significantly longer heater life. The heaters contract when de-energized, eliminating bore seizure and the need for expensive drill-outs.
Advantages High Density Split type Cartridge Heater:
Easily Replaceable
Longevity
Fast Heat Transfer
Higher Watt Densities
Higher Operating Temperature
Standard Dimensions of Heatco make High Watt Density Cartridge Heater
Though we have a standard range of Heatco make High Density Split Sheathed Heater we usually manufacture tailor made cartridge heaters as per the requirement of our clients to match their heating requirements in lieu to the size.
Applications:
Dies & Moulds
Package Sealing
Liquid Heating.
Food Services
HEATCOmakeRefractory Charged replaceable type Cartridge Heatersare made from Ceramic Insulators which are for used for both Vertical & Horizontal operation.
The heating elements are fitted inside the bobbin of the ceramic insulators as per the rating & the voltage provided by the client for their use. A tie rod is fitted in between which keeps the ceramic insulators in line with the element.
The connection is made from Brass or SS as per the current drawn.
These Refractory Charged replaceable type Cartridge Heaters are housed in a metallic sheath as per the functioning of the heaters. While placing orders for such type of Heaters the clients must confirm the following:
Place of Use.
Mode of Operation.
Rating ( Watt) & Voltage.
Terminal Block details.
Dummy or Non Heating Zone.
HEATCOmakeREPLACEABLE CARTRIDGE HEATERSare made from long-lasting and high quality refractory materials which are mounted horizontally in a metallic tube as per design to suit its application. These are easily replaceable once the Cartridge Heater gets worn out. In standard production the heating element is made from Kanthal or Nickel/Chrome heating elements.
Heatco make Ceramic Band heaters are made of helically wound Nickel Chrome resistance coil precisely stretched with uniform spacing and inserted through ceramic cores forming a flexible heating mat. It is then placed in flexible stainless steel housing and terminated.
Owing to its flexibility these heaters are very flexible and can be fitted easily. Our Ceramic band heaters are available with different terminal styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs.
We are into the manufacturing of hopper heaters; these can be availed by our customers easily at affordable prices. Ferrite core based high frequency transformer rectifier (HFTR) unit is a high voltage switch mode power supply (SMPS) unit for electro static precipitator (ESP). It supplies a smooth and ripple free high voltage DC into the esp. field using the small internal capacitance of the fields.
Uses and Application
The tank heaters are used as finished oil as mentioned:
Used Lube Oil Re-Refining Plant
Uses and Application
The reclaimed/re-refined lubricating oil are used as finished oil as mentioned:

We are the manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Industrial Heaters such as indutrial heater, poratble industrial heater, industrial immersion heaters and oil immersion heaters. Our range of industrial heaters is the best in the market. We put lots of effort while manufacturing indutrial heater, poratble industrial heater, industrial immersion heaters and oil immersion heaters.
Circulation heaters are the most common types of electric heaters used in the process industries. Tubular elements are welded into a flange to form the heater. One of the most important criteria for designing an immersion heater or a circulation heater is to choose the proper watt density of the heating elements. The liquid, gas, or solid that you are heating must have the correct watt density to ensure that the heater is safe, properly sized, and have a long life.We have experience in a wide variety of applications from water, oils, and steam to chemicals and hydrocarbon gases. We carefully engineer sheath and vessel materials to the application using appropriate watt densities to maximize life, yet minimize footprint. HEATCO has been supplying and have the capability to supply Circulation Heaters with 110 to 440 VAC as well as wattages from 500 watts to 230 KW. If required, HEATCO will configure circulation heaters with voltages and wattages outside these parameters. For more information on special voltage and wattage configurations, contact your HEATCO representative. These arecomplemented by HEATCOs experience in custom engineered solutions. Baffles mounted on the heating element bundle enhance and/or modify liquid or gas flow for better heat transfer. For critical sheath temperature and low flow conditions, baffles may be required.Contact your HEATCO representative for details.
