Tray Dryer GMP Model HIPL 026 B :

Triple walled in construction.
Exterior made of Mild Steel [ 18 swg. ] constructed on thick iron angle framework. The entire outer body is duly painted by long lasting DUCO Paint.
Pre-heating Chamber made of Mild Steel [ 20 swg. ] & Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel [18 swg.]
Gap between the walls filled with initial layer of Asbestos Sheets followed by a dense layer of high quality low thermal mass glass wool insulation.
Provision for forced air circulation using motorized blower.
Provided with control panel for monitoring temperature.
Installed with a Microprocessor based PID Digital Temperature Indicating Controller with BUILTIN Timer
DIGITAL HIGH TEMPERATURE SAFETY CUT-OFF INCORPORATED WITHIN THE UNIT.
Superior quality contactor for cutting / restoring power to the heaters are incorporated.
Doors provided with safety cut-out system disables the Motor & the Heaters when doors are opened in operational mode.
Control panel with suitable neon lamps for indication of Mains On/Off. Heater On/Off etc.
